You have to be registered and logged in in order to make a request: https://camelpharm.com/en-gb/create-user-account/
Open page of the prescribed medicine you want to request. Note that we are not allowed to display prices of drugs because French law prohibits advertising of prescription veterinary medicine.

Choose the “Online request” tab and click on the “Add to drug request” button.

Get acquainted with the notice before ticking the “Yes, I have read the notice” checkbox. Click on the “Add to drug request” button.

You will see notification that your product has been successfully added to the drug request. Navigate to the header and click on the menu icon. In the megamenu's "Health of my animals" section choose “Drug requests” link.

On the page that is dedicated to your new drug request you have to provide several more details. Like your phone number that will be needed to contact you.

Please choose one of the offered ways to send us your prescription:

  • Via our website later - you will upload prescription to our website after making a request (for details see Prescription explanation page)
  • Via our website (now) - you will add prescription to this page (see next slide for more details)
  • By email - you will send a copy of your prescription (scan, image, PDF) to our email address: prescriptions@camelpharm.com
  • By SMS & MMS, WhatsApp or Viber - you will send a copy of your prescription (scan, image, PDF) using one of these methods, our phone number is +33 (0)6 07 62 12 50
  • By fax - you will send a copy of your prescription (scan, image, PDF) to our fax: +33 (0)6 07 62 12 50
  • Send by postal mail - you will send original of your prescription using mail
  • Bring the prescription to the pharmacy

If you choose “Via our website (now)” sending option, “Add prescription” button will appear and you will be able to add prescription file right on this page.

Click the “Add prescription” link. In the modal window you can either choose existing prescription (that you have previously added) or add a new one.

New prescription has several fields that have to be filled in:

  • Prescription date - date when prescription had been issued by veterinarian
  • Files - a copy of your prescription (scan, image, PDF)
  • Products - drugs issued in prescription

You can add more than one drug to the request: use “Add drug” button or go to the page of this drug on the website (see step 1).

Get acquainted with the notice before ticking the “Yes, I have read the notice” checkbox. Click on the “Add to drug request” button.

You can also specify the exact quantity of each drug you need (in accordance with the prescription).

When you finish filling in the request form, click “Save” button.

You will see additional information concerning the way of sending prescription you have chosen. This means that your request has been sent to us.

The response time for your request is usually less than 24 hours. Our pharmacist will contact you to discuss drug prices and dispensing.

Your request will be approved with the correct quantity of drug(s). You will be able to see the price after request is validated.

After drug request is approved, you can move drugs to basket using “Add to basket” button.

You can immediately proceed to basket and checkout from the drug request page.

From basket you can continue to checkout, choose payment and shipping options.
Before parcel is dispatched from the pharmacy, you need to send the original of your prescription by post or bring it personally to the pharmacy. You will receive your parcel with the original prescription and drug dispensing record.
